LRRC31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,479 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC31-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRT1B, GPR160, and ELAPOR1. Each is linked with LRRC31 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC31-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC31 versus PRRT1B in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC31→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
