LRRC29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC29-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, FoxM1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with LRRC29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC29-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by LRRC29-low versus LRRC29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC29→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
