LRRC28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,870 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS15_S221, UBTF, and UNC13D. Each is linked with LRRC28 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC28-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC28 versus EPS15_S221 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC28→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
