The most reproducible LRRC28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL1, CDKL5, and CLIC6_S305. Each is linked with LRRC28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC28-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC28 results are reported.
