Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,419 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Mitotic cytokinesis, and Golgi organization. Each is linked with LRRC28 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC28-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC28 results are reported.
