Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC27 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC27 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LRRC27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LRRC27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
