LRRC27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,788 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT46, JUNB, and MICALL1. Each is linked with LRRC27 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC27-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC27 versus IFT46 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
