LRRC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,971 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, TAF9, and MIR6864. Each is linked with LRRC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC27-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by LRRC27-low versus LRRC27-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
