Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, LRRC52, and OR10C1. Each is linked with LRRC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC27-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC27 results are reported.
