LRRC25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, NCF1, and NCF2. Each is linked with LRRC25 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC25-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC25 versus MYO1F in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
