Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21R, LILRB2, and C1orf162. Each is linked with LRRC25 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC25-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC25 versus IL21R in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
