LRRC25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT112P1, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, and FAM30C. Each is linked with LRRC25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC25-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMT112P1 grouped by LRRC25-low versus LRRC25-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
