Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,520 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Production of molecular mediator involved in inflammatory response, Positive regulation of protein-containing complex disassembly, and Epicardium-derived cardiac fibroblast cell differentiation. Each is linked with LRRC25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC25-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC25 results are reported.
