The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher LRRC20 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and SARC are the cancer types where LRRC20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
