LRRC20

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,577 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP5D, GTF2I, and ZMYM3. Each is linked with LRRC20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC20-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC20 versus INPP5D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
