LRRC20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are TET2-AS1, MIR3973, and RN7SL680P. Each is linked with LRRC20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC20-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TET2-AS1 grouped by LRRC20-low versus LRRC20-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
