Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LRRC2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where LRRC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
