LRRC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 948 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-17, PVALB, and SLC8A3. Each is linked with LRRC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC2 versus SNORD116-17 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
