LRRC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LRRC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bax grouped by LRRC2-low versus LRRC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
