Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,061 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to interferon-alpha, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Lactam metabolic process. Each is linked with LRRC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC2 results are reported.
