LRRC19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,675 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAA, USH1C, and PSIP1. Each is linked with LRRC19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC19-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC19→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
