LRRC18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with LRRC18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC18-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by LRRC18-low versus LRRC18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
