Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC17 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LRRC17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and LIHC are the cancer types where LRRC17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
