LRRC17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,265 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIM, ACTN1, and CD248. Each is linked with LRRC17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC17-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC17 versus VIM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
