Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,551 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISLR, POSTN, and COL6A1. Each is linked with LRRC17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC17-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC17 versus ISLR in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
