Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,282 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of oxidative stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus. Each is linked with LRRC17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC17-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC17 results are reported.
