Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC10B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC10B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LRRC10B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and UCEC are the cancer types where LRRC10B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
