LRRC10B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,830 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R32, PRR29, and TPPP3. Each is linked with LRRC10B in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC10B-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
