Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher LRRC1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LSCC, and COAD are the cancer types where LRRC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
