LRRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC1_T480, LIMA1_S132, and XPO5. Each is linked with LRRC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC1 versus LRRC1_T480 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
