LRRC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR2B, SH2B3, and IFFO1. Each is linked with LRRC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC1 versus FCGR2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
