LRRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with LRRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by LRRC1-low versus LRRC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
