LRRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR171, DEFB118, and OR2V2. Each is linked with LRRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR171 grouped by LRRC1-low versus LRRC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
