LRR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, KPNA2, and MKI67_S357. Each is linked with LRR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRR1-to-partner and partner-to-LRR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRR1 versus SMC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
