Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,226 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to kinetochore, Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, and Regulation of spindle checkpoint. Each is linked with LRR1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRR1-to-partner and partner-to-LRR1 results are reported.
