Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRR1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP2, ADCYAP1R1, and RAPGEF3. Each is linked with LRR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRR1-to-partner and partner-to-LRR1 results are reported.
