LRP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,280 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIL, URB2, and EPRS1. Each is linked with LRP8 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP8-to-partner and partner-to-LRP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP8 versus STIL in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
