Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ERK2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with LRP8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP8-to-partner and partner-to-LRP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by LRP8-low versus LRP8-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
