Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,819 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration, Telencephalon glial cell migration, and Layer formation in cerebral cortex. Each is linked with LRP8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP8-to-partner and partner-to-LRP8 results are reported.
