LRP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, NLRP8, and SUPT20HL1. Each is linked with LRP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP8-to-partner and partner-to-LRP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by LRP8-low versus LRP8-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
