Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRP5 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LRP5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
CESC, BLCA, and READ are the cancer types where LRP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
