LRP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,640 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AS3MT, PHF2, and S100A9. Each is linked with LRP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP3-to-partner and partner-to-LRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP3 versus AS3MT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
