LRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFTR, STOML2, and ESCO2. Each is linked with LRP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP3-to-partner and partner-to-LRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFTR grouped by LRP3-low versus LRP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
