LRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM114, OTC, and PATE1. Each is linked with LRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP3-to-partner and partner-to-LRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM114 grouped by LRP3-low versus LRP3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
