Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRP2BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRP2BP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LRP2BP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP2BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where LRP2BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
