LRP2BP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP2BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,956 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2BP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTRN, MRPS28, and MRPS35. Each is linked with LRP2BP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2BP-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2BP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP2BP versus UTRN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP2BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP2BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
