LRP2BP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP2BP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, GFPT2, and PRSS23. Each is linked with LRP2BP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2BP-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2BP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP2BP versus FN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP2BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP2BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
