Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP2BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,879 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2BP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center organization, DNA biosynthetic process, and Translesion synthesis. Each is linked with LRP2BP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2BP-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2BP results are reported.
