The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LRP1B Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where LRP1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
