LRP12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KBTBD12, CCN4, and GCOM1. Each is linked with LRP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP12-to-partner and partner-to-LRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP12 versus KBTBD12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
